#ProseccoTesting

“It takes courage to grow up and become who you really are.”

Good Morning to Sunday...1st June, 6.14, 7.5dg, forecasting a day for the sun lounger....  Yesterday was a lovely, early summers day. Mad scramble to get out of the house for an 8am appointment, and then home in time for an 11.30 tuition. Done, dusted, coloured and cut. Perfect. Grilled a steak and then flat out busy lying in the sun. Thought I would do a little market research yesterday... I think it is important to keep fully informed...after much deliberation I decided it was time to try a bottle of Prosecco, everyone seems to drink it. Duly chosen, figuring that mid to high price range was probably the best way to start. Perfect aperitivo pre lunch, in the sun... First sip and I said to myself... gross it smells and tastes like beer..I hate beer. Second sip taste buds adjusted, mind definitely not made up. Third sip, Hmmm, still not sure. Bottom of glass and I switched to a good sauvignon blanc. Upshot of my market research is simple. No, not my style, or at least not this one... €10.00 wasted, bottle in the fridge taking up good space. This girl will stick to what she knows.. a good bubble is way better than that stuff. Stroll up to the recycler with trolley hooked to back of my bike, can still only ride on the flat but pushed the bike up the hill, then a quick stock up trip to the Lidl, water cress planted into the vege garden, edges done, grass mown, apple tree trimmed. If it hadn't been so late I would have cut the inside of the roadside hedge out the back. Am starting to list the jobs that need to be completed before I head off to NZ... it is quite a list.  Today as the weather is so summerly I will be doing more of the same minus the appointment and tuition... yay. Sadly no hedge cutting as it is a Sunday.. Quiet Sundays, and while some may think I can be a little rebellious at times, I do observe the requirements of the Church... and deffo no market research, as that was quite disappointing !!!
