#HomeAgain

Good Morning to Monday...9th, 6.59, 17.7dg, forecasting a bright shiny day today. When I finally arrived back at the house last night at 19.15 it was 31.4 dg outside... delicious. I believe the weather has been beautiful while I was away, but then we had fantastic weather in England apart from an early morning thunder lightening and rain briefly on Saturday. Today I am feeling totally RS... I think perhaps a bug from the flight air conditioning, and I can definitely do with out this. Tried to watch the F1 GP from Canada last night but had to retire to my sick bed... reading the news headlines this morning it sounded like a good race.. Hamilton had to retire... ohhh shame  ... and Ricciardo had his first top podium... brilliant result for the young and upcoming Australian. Today I am going to have a flat out day on my back in the sunshine.. a senior exam tuition this afternoon is my only responsibility for the day then tomorrow is a free day also... perfect. Being back in London was an interesting experience ... I was verbally abused on a bus as I had my suitcase and it was impacting on some fat Frau's space.. she of indeterminate origin.. it left me rather speechless. It was rather gratifying that others came to my assistance. Sitting quietly relaxing after all my appointments in a pavement bar outside Harrods was an even bigger eye opener... all I can say is wow.. how the face of London has changed, and in less than a year since my last visit. Now I am home I have many decisions to make and a lot of work involved in organising all that it entails. The big question that I am struggling with is how much memorabilia does one keep just because you have it... and his extensive model railway, his pride and pleasure... that will be a massive inventory, and now a days, who has the room for that sort of thing in their house. Decisions decisions and lots of questions.... but first a day quietly doing nothing in the sun.
