Yesterday was a normal sort of Friday for me, people in people out. The silly billy who had made an appointment to come through the house this morning at 9.00 rocked up at the door yesterday at 9.00. Ummm Duh...We talked after he apologised for making the mistake and then I gave him a whistle stop tour. He is doing it in his capacity as a Tischlerei for friends who are away at the moment. He was impressed, asked if I had interested parties, I said yes but for me it is a simple process of who ever puts a contract on the table first. On a trip up to the village I was stopped by a local who has taken my number and will ring for an appointment to go through the house. Possibilities around every corner. Last night after I closed the door on the last tuition, a phone call decided I would join those that are the current Australian Invasion in Schruns, for an evening of entertainment. Wrong, bad, silly on all levels. There seems to be no moderation left in me these days. Incoming to a tiny little gem of a restaurant by the railway tracks, Restaurant Stuevetta run by a retired husband and wife team, Lothar and Irene, who do it for the love of creating magic rather than out of necessity. In all reality, he chooses who to have in his restaurant and there is certainly no fear of a quick turn around process. You are met on arrival at the door by a large tree branch blocking your way and a stop sign... really. What a fantastic little restaurant that specialises in American Black Angus beef.. 300gr, 500gr, 800gr, 1000gr. I kid you not. As per usual the schnapps came to table, before, during and after. Thanks to all for a genuinely fantastic evening.. my thought for the day comes from the dictionary...
Unwell
adjective
ill.
synonyms: ill, sick, poorly, indisposed, ailing, not (very) well, not oneself, not in good shape, in a bad way, out of sorts, not up to par, under/below par, peaky, liverish, queasy, nauseous; off, off colour; under the weather, not up to snuff, funny, peculiar, crummy, lousy, rough; ropy, grotty; wabbit; crook; vulgar slang - crappy; dated - queer, seedy. Just a note to finish... if photographs appear on FB that bear any resemblance to me doing inappropriate things in a restaurant they are so not me.
