#AGoodSunday

I'd explain it to you, but your brain would explode.
Good Morning to Sunday...6th, 5.42,13.5dg forecasting a clear sunny summers day. Yesterday was supposed to be nice but it wasn't really. In anyway. I popped in to the hospital early, I thought a good idea to beat the mid morning problems. Saw some very nice Doctors  had x-rays, and given a decision, which I then launched into vigorous discussion as to the merits of other options. Upshot is I have been given Saturday and Sunday to sort the haematoma out with special gel and strapping, and I have to present my leg for inspection early Monday for decision. They want to cut the leg to release the haematoma which is big and jelly like and they cannot do anything other than remove it as it will not re-absorb into the body as most bruising does. The other day I said the L in my luck has changed to F. Couldn't be more correct. The only question was will it be ready to fly. The rest of Saturday was spent with leg elevated quietly smocking... silver lining and all!! Today we have the F! GP from Silverstone... weather Gods could have a hand in it... Shame Mr Hamilton is so precious he aborted his Pole Qualifying lap as he thought it too wet. No comment. I am absolutely delighted Jenson is up at the front, shame that Ferrari are at the back..all in all could be an exciting first couple of laps. A quiet Sunday on best behaviour with fingers crossed. I do not need or want anymore scars on my poor bashed body. A little sunshine, a little aperitivo, a little char grilled vegetable salad and a little F1. Good Sunday.
