You'd better watch out, you'd better not cry
You'd better not pout, I'm telling you why
Santa Claus is coming to town
He's making a list, he's checkin' it twice
He's gonna find out whose naughty or nice
Santa Claus is coming to town
He sees you when you're sleeping
He knows if you're awake
He knows if you've been bad or good
(so you'd) better be good for goodness sake
Santa Claus is coming to town .
Good Morning Christmas World...Tues 24th, 5.59, +7.9dg... beautiful starry night out, so hopefully the day will be a sunny one. Not so for tomorrow they say, but then it has to happen. Yesterday was one, where, at the end by 5.30pm I said to myself..enough, I am sitting down. I finally had breakfast lunch and dinner all rolled into one meal with some pat on the back glasses of Merry Christmas cheer. My English guests arrived safely at 2.30.. they had had a 3am start from England.. ooohhh you just imagine how the two teenagers in the family were!!! All installed, sorted tickets, skis, boots and lessons for a day up on the Hoch Joch today, so I hope that the wind does not spoil their day. This evening my brother and family arrive from England and after some quick refreshments we will all go en masse to the Church for midnight mass. It is quite a beautiful evening in the Church here in Schruns. My day today will just be de-frosting all the prepped food in readiness for tomorrow and checking the to-do list. Making little croissants this morning for the breakfast and bubbles tomorrow. It is impossible to buy small croissants only monsters so as you do.. sleeves rolled up and do my own. Did a batch of pikelets last night for the smoked salmon and horseradish cream... one of the aperitivo nibbles before lunch. Devils on horseback to do this morning for the aperitivo tray, and all other nibble offerings have to be done tomorrow... Sorted.. I just hope there is enough Bubbles, as this year I have been on a budget drive. That done now it is slow down mode and time to wish everyone of you who read these daily notes, and follow me through all my highs and lows a fantastic Festive Season... I hope your time over Christmas is filled with all the important things in life... family, friends, love and laughter. How ever you celebrate this festive, holiday time, enjoy. Big group hugs and best love all round <3
