Thursday 25th Jan, 6.00, 0dg, forecasting a cloudy day in the valley today. Yesterday was a beautiful day in the Montafon and we did ski miles to smile about. The crowds were not there and the snow was wonderful early turning to more spring bumps later in the afternoon. Fab lunch down at the Gasthaus Kropfen in the sunshine. Today is a day free of skis as James and Michael start the return journey back to England this morning. I will travel to Bludenz with them to do some search and find on a phone... my dear old faithful that I use when away from New Zealand is totally doing my head in, so perhaps the time has come to upgrade along the lineup. They do say Apple purposely slow down the older models and I can confirm that is so very true. So, thank you to my ski buddies the last week it has been without a doubt wonderful to have you back in Schruns. ❤️❤️
