Tuesday 9th, 7.20, +2dg, raining lightly, sky lifting but föhn and forecating a high of +9dg. This weather is not conducive to a lot other than enjoying the sunshine. I believe that the skiing is lovely after the weekend so I will go and check it out for myself. School went back after the Christmas New Year break yesterday so it is all a little quieter in the village and around the lifts now. A perfect time for a little old lady with a bung knee. Took my langlauf skis down to the feld yesterday morning but turned around and came back to the house without putting them on. A tad green in places on the loipe. The only alternative is to go into the higher loipe areas. Yesterday was a walk into the village for yet another visit to the bank, and 5 surprised faces on the paths around the village... nothing in the village is very quick until all the familiar faces have seen me I imagine. After lunch a trip into Bludenz, supermarket, hair cut, plug for my Sonos Play that I bought in England. I am so wired for sound x 2... Humming along thank you !!! Today I am home alone... and then off to a social afternoon catchup at 16.00. Even with the unseasonal weather that has no real snow for the week I am still just humming humming humming.
